No Returns — Custom-Made Products

All products sold by Stuntpioneers are custom-made to the individual specifications of the customer. As such, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the product is personalised and manufactured specifically for them, and expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications. In the event of a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at stuntpioneers@gmail.com.
