These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.stuntpioneers.com and the purchase of products from Stuntpioneers. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or finish may occur.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in euros (€).

Prices include VAT for customers within the European Union.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT is automatically removed at checkout.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is typically 4–7 business days.

We offer worldwide shipping.

EU shipping is included in the product price.
Shipping outside the EU is $49 unless otherwise stated.

We use carriers such as Posti and UPS.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Stuntpioneers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

For standard (non-customized) products, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

The product must be unused and in original condition.

Custom-colored or personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be approved in advance via email.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

We do not accept returns of used, installed, modified, or damaged products.

7. Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on welds.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in weld seams only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from crashes or extreme impact

• Improper installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Modifications or misuse

If a weld defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

8. Installation and Use Disclaimer

Stuntpioneers products are intended for motorsport and stunt use.

Motorsport activities involve inherent risks.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Proper installation

• Ensuring compatibility with their motorcycle

• Safe use of the product

Improper installation or misuse voids the warranty.

Stuntpioneers shall not be liable for damages arising from improper installation, misuse, or use in unsafe conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stuntpioneers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Stuntpioneers and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

11. Force Majeure

Stuntpioneers shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
